Motion of the Ocean

Lapin and I went out to The Grill to get lunch where we split an angus burger and fries for fear of getting ridiculous cramps while working out later on. The fries came in a white box usually seen with fish and chips. The portion size was large which was good as we were going to share that as well. The burger came and it was decently sized and was topped with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. I wanted to place more toppings on, but knowing Lapin's topping tastes, I decided otherwise. As we ate, we both agreed that the meal was extremely salty. The fries seemed to be covered in it. I even texted Spiderman saying that I had the taste of ocean in my mouth.

After lunch, we caught the bus to go to the gym. We quickly got ready and headed for the ellipticals. I started earlier than Lapin as she ventured to find some disinfectant. I began at a quick jog and slowed down after a while. With my tunes in my ears and a clear mindset, nothing seemed to slow me down as I kept a good constant pace for the half hour we ran. I even attempted to do the highest elevation possible which turned out to be a work out and a half in itself. Lifting my knees past my hips was not an easy task especially when trying to maintain a constant speed. I decided work on my arms and shoulders today moving towards the appropriate machines. Once again, I had to show Lapin how these machines worked. After a short session of pumping some iron, we left the gym as Lapin had to study for her test.

As we walked to the bus stop, we chatted about what we wanted from our work outs. My goals consisted of losing 10 pounds and adding a little bit of meat onto my derriere. We both laughed at this as we agreed that Asians usually have flat bottoms. Hopefully, by the end of the summer, at least one of these will come true.

Better yet, let that weight lost go towards behind. Not all of it of course.
