Bidding on Destiny

My microbiology midterm was on Tuesday. It went better than I expected, although I found the questions to be very tricky. I hate how professors place the "a and b", "b and c", "all of the above", or "none of the above" choices. I always feel that two of the answers COULD work, but one is more appropriate. This leads to me debating over which choice to make for a solid minute which just docks time from actually completing the entire test. Here's to hoping I made the correct choices.

Today was a rather slow day. I was kept up to periodic banging noises downstairs. I am confused as to the source of these strange sounds, but I suspect one of my housemates to be the cause. As to what they were doing, beats me. Sadly, this incessant banging left me tossing and turning until 3 in the morning. I believe it goes without saying that I did not wake up for class. Later that morning, I went down to talk to my housemates that also missed the lecture. It seems everyone was up. MegaCreep started his usual routine of getting ready which was in direct conflict of my routine. Sadly, he took 2 hours in the washroom getting ready. Another mystery that no one dares ask. After MegaCreep finished, it was time for class. I quickly rushed in and brushed my teeth, smoothed my hair, and sprayed a bit of cologne to cover my morning stench. Annoyed, I headed for the bus.

Class turned out to be understandable for once. I was surprised our math professor let us leave early. This gave me more time to reach my tutorial which proved to be a waste of time as the online quiz did not work. Disappointed with the waste of time, I headed home just in time to bid on a nerdy item on eBay. Surprisingly, I won after increasing the bid by a slight amount. I suppose it was destiny for me to have it.

In my rush to get to class and frustration at the amount of time in the washroom MegaCreep used, I forgot to take out my tilapia fillet for thawing. Thus, for dinner, I whipped up a bacon and meatball spaghetti. It turned out well for something that I threw together, but was missing that delicate touch to make it over the top delicious. Perhaps another time.

The rest today will be spent in my room reading my psychology textbook as I have a quiz tomorrow. Once again, I found out about it the day before leaving me enough time to cram in the necessary chapters. Although I'm missing the HAPN meeting, I'm sure Lapin will understand.

If not, I'll have to mess her up at the gym tomorrow. =]
